Night Owl Advisory was founded by Angie Adkins, a seasoned Finance & Administration Leader with over 20 years of experience leading finance, HR, and operations functions across industries including nonprofits, professional services, food & beverage, fintech, and creative agencies. 

Throughout her career, Angie has been recognized for bringing clarity to complex challenges, guiding organizations through growth and change, and creating scalable solutions that align finance with strategy. Her leadership style combines rigor with accessibility — helping boards, executives, and founders alike feel confident about their financial decisions.
